Your learning journey

We recognise that everyone’s levels of understanding, their mental health journeys and levels of curiosity, and the amount of time they can dedicate to learning are different. Which is why alongside our two-day Mental Health First Aid training, we also offer two other shorter courses to give people a choice and different entry points.

So, whether you’re looking for a one-off course or a stepping stone to becoming a Mental Health First Aider, both courses tick those boxes.

Mental Health Aware

Half day, in person

This half day course is the ideal introduction to talking about mental health. It will help you tackle the stigma that still surrounds mental health and empower you to continue your mental health education journey through the other courses we offer.
